"Everything can be made vegan" ~ waiter - Edit
While I'm not sure if everything is truly veganizable, it sounded like their "fish" and "oyster" sauce were actually vegan.

However, the allergens state otherwise😒I am not saying that it's not vegan it's just they keep adding allergens and removing "vegan" labels for 8 years now.

Thanks for the data point, Andreas! Next time I'm there I'll ask more explicitly if they usually use animal sauces but have vegan ones available or how exactly things are veganized. 👍 Usually one would think it's too risky for a restaurant to lie about ingredients, but every now and then there's a place that just doesn't inspire confidence.
