Serves meat, vegan options available. Has three types of bread and two are vegan, including the paratha bread. Has four vegan street snacks and five if you remove the mint yogurt from the papdi chaat; the other four are the samosa, samosa chaat, sambar (lentil soup) and bhel puri salad. Also offers three vegan curries from the seven basmati plates, the chole (chickpea), the turmeric potato and the vegan coconut malai curry. Two of their five Khati rolls are vegan (turmeric potato or chole and paratha bread). Quick to serve. Recycles. Very clean. Open Tue-Thu 11:30am-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-9:00pm, Sun 11:30am-8:00pm.

Oh word! So good. - Edit
The coconut curry malai is amazing. The Super Indian Plate is perfection except there was naan instead of puri on it (vegetarian versus vegan). But the food was off the chain.

Clearly Labeled Vegan Options - Edit
We come here often because they have so many vegan options and they're clearly labeled. Anytime we have questions about items the staff is quick to answer!

Top-Tier Khati Rolls - Edit
Sometimes I have to drive 3 hours up to fayetteville for work, but I don't even mind because I know that Khana Indian Grill is there. The interior is elaborately decorated, very enjoyable to share a meal there. I would highly recommend the khati rolls; supple bread with a charred cruch, potato filling, coriander sauce and thinly-sliced radishes.

Pros: smell of spices, wonderful, flaky bread, ambience
Cons: Potential cross-contamination from meat to veg, same kitchen as meat, Poor customer service

Best Vegan Food in NWA - Edit
Khana is by far my favorite restaurant in NWA. It’s hard to find vegan options in Arkansas, but Khana is a fine oasis in a parched desert! I typically get the Vegan Thaali Combo with the Paratha. This includes Chana Masala, Turmeric Potato, and Coconut Malai. It should be a 5 star rating but Happy Cow maxes the rating out at 4 stars if they’re not fully Vegan or Vegetarian.

Clean Flavors - Edit
This place has good clean flavors, and is spiced well. There are several vegan options. If you are unsure on what something is I definitely recommend calling. Staff is friendly, and they have a drive-thru window for pickup, which is appreciated during COVID.

Great Food - Edit
My favorite dish is the vegan coconut malai! It’s so flavorful. My only complaint is that, as a person who eats quite a bit, the portions aren’t quite big enough.

Yum - Edit
Have always gotten great food here. Their menu clearly indicates the vegan dishes with a large ‘V’ next to the item. Their staff is knowledgable for what ingredients are in their dishes, and also clarified their naan is not vegan but can be substituted with their vegan bread options. Service has been friendly and fast every time ive been here. They even have a drive through to pick up items. Always a great place to go to!

Great food, service and atmosphere! - Edit
Walked in and was immediately greeted. Asked if the V on the menu was for Vegetarian or Vegan. The nice lady working had us take a seat and went over the whole menu with us, ensuring that we were comfortable and answering any and all questions we had. We tried the Samosa, Coconut Vegan Malai, Turmeric Potato Khati Roll, and Chole plate and everything was really flavorful and awesome. We will definitely be going back.

Really like this place - Edit
So I submitted this place to HappyCow. I go there a lot for three reasons; to support the place, because the food is really good and because in NWA there aren't a whole lot of restaurants with several vegan options. As I stated the place is clean and neat, it has generous portions, fast and friendly service, and really good food. I didn't really think I liked Indian food that much (what do you order?), but I do love this place and the food. No, I'm in no way affiliated with this place other than I like to eat there.

Cons: Menu can be intimidating the first couple visits, Still serves meat and dairy products, Closed on Sundays and Mondays
