Not vegan friendly. - Edit
Lots of dairy in these dishes so be sure to ask! The bread contains milk so that rules out most of the veggie options for vegans. Lentil soup contains chicken broth. I had the chickpea stew lunch special which tasted okay, though I was paranoid about butter despite informing the staff that I don’t eat dairy products and them seemingly understanding. Since I wouldn’t eat the bread and soup that it’s supposed to come with, the waiter offered me a drink instead so i got the delicious Turkish tea. Very nice people and beautiful setting, but not many options.

Cons: Veggie stuff that could easily be vegan is not.

My go to place ! - Edit
I tried hummus falafel platter (vegan option) and za’taar and plain lavash with ricotta curry (vegetarian option, contains dairy cheese). Loved the food !! Ended the meal with Turkish coffee - delighted if overall experience 👍

A Turkish Delight - Edit
The menu sports a green circle with a "V" on the inside indicating vegan dishes. My favourites are the vegan Catalan pizza, vegan curry (weekday lunch menu), and the hummus + falafel salad. They also serve a complementary soup at the beginning of the meal with traditional Turkish bread that tastes great. The soup menu changes from time to time, so it is better to check with the staff as certain soups contain chicken powder. There are also a few vegetarian (containing dairy) dishes such as mushroom pide and ricotta cheese curry (too garlicky for my taste). You can order the lavash (it's Turkish naan) separately to eat with the curry. Everything tastes great, and if you are tired of Korean cuisine, hit Kervan without a second thought. The palate is bound to (pleasantly) surprise your taste buds.
