The vegan food is yummy - Edit
The vegan food is good, only a few options other than the breakfast platter as it is more expensive to mix and match

Good vegan options! - Edit
Ok, for breakfast, do you want to order the “vegan swirl” pancakes and the veggie sausage, with a side of seasoned potatoes. OR THE VEGAN BREAKFAST PLATTER WITH A TOFU SCRAMBLE.

I loveeee this place!!
Four stars only because they aren’t 100% vegan

Great vegan breakfast - Edit
I had the Vegan Breakfast Scramble that included tofu scramble, vegan pancakes, and Dr. Praegers breakfast patties. The meal was fantastic and the server was very nice and knowledgeable of their vegan options.

Perfect Breakfast Place! - Edit
I come here frequently, and I always get the vegan breakfast platter with a swirl! The tofu scramble is yummy. The "sausage" patties are nice and crispy. The cashew queso (contains nuts) is also very creamy and delicious!

Kerbey was as good as it got for vegans for a while but there are more exciting options. Pancakes always hit though.

Better than nothing! - Edit
I was pleased to find this diner with vegan options for breakfast. I had the vegan breakfast platter, which came with 2 pancakes, 2 sausage patties, and a very small amount of tofu scramble. I do wish the scramble was the main part of the dish, and less pancakes. My boyfriend doesn't eat gluten so he asked for potatoes instead of the pancakes. The potatoes were pretty dry, but everything else was just ok!

Vegan breakfast - Edit
This was my first experience with a tofu scramble and it was delicious. The vegan breakfast sausages are closer to veggie patties, not mock meat, but still tasted good. They're vegan pancakes were amazing. They have dairy free milks for your coffee.

I love these places when I have guests or I am with my son. Great breakfast and try the vanilla vegan pancakes “swirled up” with cinnamon.

Mostly good food, great coffee - Edit
I did an order for curbside pickup, which was quickly delivered to my car! I got a latte with non-dairy milk and the vegan breakfast platter, to which I added a side of home fries. When I got my food/coffee, it was already a little cold which was okay, I just reheated it when I got home. The pancakes were incredible, and served with vegan butter! However, the tofu scramble and sausage patties weren't really for me. For the sausage patties, I expected a soy-based protein, rather than what seemed like black beans, which I wasn't expecting. Additionally, the tofu scramble was a little spicy and I think I would rather just do pancakes (I had one vanilla and one pumpkin- both were incredible!) and home fries. I would definitely go back!

Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tried the Vegan Queso tonight and even our family meat eater loved it! Brussels and Vegan BBQ were delicious too.

Just ok - Edit
I have been to the Round Rock location many, many times. I have had a variety of experiences with the food. Servers may or may not know what is vegan. An extra star for always having vegan pancakes, vegan queso, tofu scramble and a vegan burger.

Vegan plate lacks a lot of flavor. - Edit
It’s nice that they offer a plate devoted to vegans. This is huge for our community. Unfortunately, the eggs and patties are super bland, but the pancakes and potatoes are good. If I ever go back, I’ll only get those items. I made the same mistake twice hoping they had changed the recipe, but no.

Service needs improvement - Edit
Like another review mentioned, the service here needs improvement. Our waitress was not knowledgeable about the vegan options. The menu said that the enchiladas can be made vegan but the waitress was still not sure if they could be. I left pretty disappointed, food was mediocre.

Good Scramble - Edit
The breakfast plate was a good scramble. Made excellent by some salsa verde you have to ask for. The breakfast sausage is grain based and are large. They are pretty good, but filling. With the pancakes and the sausage, it was just too much grains. Some fruit in place of the pancakes, and more scramble would of made this a awesome meal. The biggest issue was the person sitting us down was rude. The waitress her self was amazing.

Vegan and Omni Spot - Edit
Being the only Vegan in the family I am always looking for spots that cater to both myself and the meat eaters and this is the spot. Tons of offerings for my meet eaters and a options for me as well. I had a Jr VeggieTales Breakfast plate I think Its called. It had the tofu scramble, "sausage" and one pancake. I didn't get the large one because I was afraid it would be to much food. I ordered a side of potatoes with it and it was perfect. Smaller size so if you're hungry go for the full plate. We intended on going back but never made it. Definitely a great spot for a Vegan breakfast

Good vegan pancakes - Edit
The vegan pancakes are awesome! They do have a separate vegan and gluten free menu, so ask for those. Several options to choose from. I had the veggie chili and I'm not a fan of tofu, so I didn't care for it. I'm sure it was tasty for tofu lovers. Waiters can be hit or miss, but the pancakes and the ambience of being able to eat something in a diner setting made up for it. It's usually very crowded, especially on weekends, so make reservations/call ahead and prepare to wait for a table.
