favorite restaurant everrrrr!!! - Edit
before going vegan, i was the biggest sushi fan. i loved omakase, and enjoyed anything and everything i was served… so knowing a good sushi restaurant to satisfy the deep craving without the suffering is extremely important to me. this is ALWAYS a hit. even for their non-sushi menu options, like the katsu plates, ramen, bentos, and appetizers, they always hit the spot. if i could eat anything for the rest of my life, it would probably be kenshō. the ONLY negative i could point out would be, like others said, the decor is nonexistent… but im able to ignore that for their fantastic food. i only wish they had omakase available at the sushi bar!!!

Great sushi! Just wish the interior looked more up to date. When my group went in we were immediately skeptical because of how sparse it looked inside.

Good - Edit
I stumbled upon this place and I was surprised! The food was good. I had the Crunchy Cali Roll and it was my favorite. I also ordered the jalapeño roll and it was just okay. The Hawaiian box was also good. They restaurant is a bit scarce and could use some upgrades.

One of the best sushi spots, period. I’ve taken several non-vegan friends and they’ve all loved it. Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. The ramen is bomb! I Lava You roll, Yoga roll, and Crispy rice tuna are favorites of mine. #Veganuary

Great Sushi - Edit
This place was so good, that I ordered from them two nights in a row. I tried the Spider roll, Caterpillar, I Lava You and the Crunchy Cali. They were all so good but my favorite was the I Lava You. I had a moment where I thought it wasn’t vegan…really reminded me of the sushi rolls I enjoyed pre-veganism. I will definitely have it again the next time I’m in town.

I love this place! - Edit
Unassuming from the outside but everything I’ve ever gotten here has been delicious! Even my non-veg friends love this place. Everything taste so fresh and the service is great as well. Plenty of parking available. The I Lava You is hands down one of the tastiest things I ever ate! I couldn’t believe how good it was. The tempura squash blossoms were also insanely good.

Best vegan sushi in the world - Edit
I’ve had bad vegan sushi. Sushi is very easy to get wrong. I’ve had sushi with dry, hard rice. I’ve had sushi without enough filling. Some places charge $14 for a small avocado-cucumber roll.

Basically everything I’ve had on their menu has been delicious. Only warning I’d give is it’s often busy so sometimes it takes awhile to get your food.

Awesome sushi - Edit
I have been wanting to visit Kensho Vegan Sushi for a long time. I was visiting Long Beach so made my way down to Westminster for some Kensho sushi.
Read moreWe ordered the Jalapeño Popper and the Caterpillar rolls. These two rolls made create combination. The Jalapeño Popper has Mayo so a bit fatty, and the Caterpillar is more refreshing. I miss sushi because I love the experience of eating delicious sushi with chopsticks, and the wasabi & soy sauce dipping sauce, and sushi ginger.
Pros: Great vegan sushi selections, Quick service

Sushi - Edit
It’s so nice to be able to get tasty vegan sushi a bit closer to me than having to be near LA. I’m very pleased with this place. The place is family owned and they seem very kind and hard working. I’m glad to support and I’m grateful for the vegan options they bring to the community
