Healthy and tasty - make sure you tell them your vegan - Edit
Flight delayed so we decided to have lunch here.
Read moreI opted for the vegan ramen - make you you tell them no egg. my partner opted for crunchy veggies and rice.
Also on the menu is a selection of vegan sushi and dim sum which maybe we'll try another time.
Clean and order food and pay via an app. I really liked my ramen, but make sure you tell them no egg:)

Not great & got an egg - Edit
After informing about vegan dishes we still got an egg on our ramen. So make sure to clarify! The food wasn't great but there is almost literally nothing else at Schiphol. It would have been better to eat in the hall before check in or bring something.

Nice place but careful if vegan - Edit
Nice place with super friendly and helpful staff, as I really struggled to find vegan meals at the airport. Schiphol’s website even recommends Burger King if you’re vegan, no thanks!
Read moreI sat in as there were more options than takeaway.
One problem with the description is that they told me their ramen stock contains fish, in addition to the noodles containing egg. So big no-no for ramen here. If you’re vegan, just don’t say “no egg”, clearly tell them you’re vegan and they’ll help.
They recommended me a veggie bowl which was one of the two or three vegan options. I’m not going to lie and it wasn’t anything special, but it was fine once I added a ton of soy sauce. And the staff was really nice all the time, so I’d still recommend the place if you’re really hungry and want a hot meal.
Pros: Good food but nothing outstanding, Super nice staff and good service
Cons: Very limited vegan options

Great for fresh and hot food (and not junk!) at the airport - Edit
There are a few veggie dishes, more for eat-in than to-go. I had the ramen with tofu without noodles (as the noodles contain eggs). It was very good, hot soup, loads of vegetables and tofu. Quite comforting while waiting for the flight at the airport and don’t want to go for fast food options. :)

Cons: Fairly expensive , Should have more vegan options
