I was visiting Edmonton on business and staying at a nearby hotel. The food is delicious and so many great options to choose from. Prices very reasonable. Worth a visit for sure.

Such a cute lunch spot & super tasty food! - Edit
The thai lentil stew was so yummy! Also enjoyed my blueberry energy ball with spirulina. My parents loved their sandwiches and said they were very flavourful! Cute seating area as well. Would definitely come back to try more of the menu!

Great food - but why the disposable everything?? - Edit
The food here was truly delicious - the avocado toast with Cashew cream was absolutely delightful, with an enormous pile of perfect avo loaded onto the toast. My sister had the acai bowl, which had generous toppings, and we shared the ceaser salad which was A delicious.
Read moreI would have happily given 5 stars, but we were surprised to receive our entire meal in takeaway containers, even though we were dining in: even the cutlery was plastic! There was no clear indication that the packaging would be recycled or composted - everything went into a common garbage bin.

Tasty! - Edit
We tried 3 different dishes - the açai bowl, cashew cream cheese avocado toast and the smokey caesar. The açai bowl wasn’t unique to other açai bowls but delicious none the less. The smokey caesar had a generous amount of dressing and croutons and the smokey bits were a great touch. The avocado toast was surprisingly delicious, I thought it would be good but nothing special but I was wrong! The pickled red onions were a great compliment to the richer avocado and cashew cream cheese. So yum!

Best Avocado Toast Of All Time! - Edit
I frequent this place regularly as it’s very close to my work. Everything on the menu is fantastic and you absolutely get your dollars worth. Turmeric Toona and the Avocado Toast are two of my faves, enjoy!

Never had anything great here - Edit
I've been to a few KB&CO's and tried at least 4 different meal and they are all just OK. I wouldn't go out of my way to go to one.
Read moreI also hate that all of their cutlery and plating is disposable and non-recyclable plastic. There is no option to dine-in on reusable plates and cutlery.

Very chic cafe with a great menu. The waffles and hot chocolate were delicious and filling. I couldn't even finish it! The staff is very friendly, as well. Great find while visiting Downton Edmonton. Would love to return!

Love it! - Edit
First time there (hubby and daughter are vegans as well) We all loved how cozy it is, friendly stuff, lovely decoration, and the food amazing!!! We even had dessert! We are super excited about the one opening on the south side since the one in downtown is too far! We definitely recommend this place!

Delicious food and good coffee - Edit
I had the Coconut BLT and a side salad, which was awesome and my hubby had the Smokey Caesar, which he said was amazing. He’s also all about good coffee and really liked their Americano.

Amazing plant based food in Edmonton! - Edit
Friendly staff, stylish and clean restaurant, amazing food! Have been here 6 or 7 times now and it is my favorite, I reccomend this place to everyone! The smoothies are great, wraps are amazing, acai bowls are very tasty and pretty. The chili is delicious. The gradients are always fresh and everything always comes out quickly. All around this place is a 5/5

I love this place - Edit
Not a huge menu, but the food is fresh and about as healthy as fast food can be. Love the coconut bacon BLT! I also really like the Taco salad, and the corn chowder is really good. Tried one of the raw Nanaimo bars and it was pretty great too not to mention much healthier than the traditional ones. I wasn’t impressed with the mushroom toast. It was one piece of bread with mushrooms on top and I was still hungry after I ate it. The downsides for me are that they use almond milk in their lattes. Also, they serve everything in take out containers with plastic cutlery.
Read morePros: Healthy food, lots of greens, Fresh made, Healthier nut based fats
Cons: Uses disposable containers and plastic cutlery, Their lattes aren’t great, Downtown location so you have to pay for parking

wonderful spot in the middle of downtown - Edit
I️ travel for work a lot and was super happy to find this Vegan spot not far from my hotel! I️ braved the blowing snow and was warmly welcomed for breakfast. I had a delicious oatmeal that was warm and full of flavor. The register is conveniently next to a bakery case, so I️ had to try a treat too. :-)

Fantastic food! - Edit
I love this place, and it's a welcome addition to Edmonton. Let's get the obvious out of the way - it's ridiculously expensive. The smoothies are $9. They are loaded with ingredients, but still - $9. Everything in there is expensive. At the same time, everything is delicious. The bowls are great. The salads are innovative and delicious (I've had the Caeser and the Nori - both amazing). The smoothies are a bit too loaded for my liking. I could swear I saw a half cup of peanut butter go into one, but still very tasty. Overall, if you can bear the cost, go visit. It's well worth it.

Lunch that leaves you energized! - Edit
A new, fully plant-based option for downtown lunches. Kb&co is a small cafe with breakfast, salads, and wraps.
Read moreI went at noon on a weekday for a work lunch. There was a bit of a line to order, but it moved quickly. The food was also prepared very quickly as well, the staff seem to work together like a well-oiled machine!
I had the chipotle taco salad. I'm usually not a big fan of salads, but this one was actually really good! Lots of quinoa, beans, corn and a delicious spicy cashew cream. The salad was filling but not heavy, giving me great energy for the rest of the day.
My only small complaint is that they use takeout containers, even for eat-in customers, which is not very environmentally friendly.
Pros: Fresh, healthy options, Nice ambiance, Efficient staff
Cons: Wasteful takeout containers for eat-in customers
