Recommend - Edit
There were loads of vegan dishes and options here. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Food was also delicious! Recommend the tofu caprese salad and bruschetta.

Supper club with decent vegan food - Edit
We had the bruschetta (vegan) and I had the vegetarian pizza (made vegan with vegan cheese). Both were outstandingly tasty. I counted 14 items on the menus that either are vegan as the default or can be made vegan on request. There are a few more items that are vegetarian. After sharing the bruschetta, I could only fit in five eighths of the pizza, despite its tastiness. The other three eighths made an outstanding warmed-up lunch the next day.

Great options! - Edit
Their menu had a wide range of vegan options and substitutes that could be made. We had the bruschetta, tofu noodle salad, and vegan chilli con carne - they were all delicious!

Great vegan options, very accommodating - Edit
The red poppy brasserie restaurant in Katoomba rsl had some great vegan options and generous portions. We got the garlic bread and brown rice patties with couscous salad topped with satay sauce which were both vegan on the menu. I would happily go back just for the satay sauce! We also had the bruschetta that was listed as vegan option available (they subbed the sauce for a vegan herbed aioli which was delicious) and loaded curly fries (they subbed the cheese and bacon off for vegan cheese and mayo). Great meal and staff were lovely, would go back again
