A staple! - Edit
I’ve been going to Kati for a while. Amazing lunch buffet, and dinner is amazing. Some dishes are better than others, I find their pad Thai a little dry TBH, but everything is tasty. Try their Kao Soi

Bad food - Edit
I've had Kati Vegan Thai twice, both times via delivery. The food was not good, and tended to have that sickly sweet taste I associate with very low quality, cheap Thai places.
Read moreI'm vegan and was excited to have another place nearby, but every other vegan restaurant I've been to in Seattle was significantly better.

Kati is the Best. - Edit
Kati Vegan Thai is my favorite restaurant in Seattle. The food is amazing, the owners and staff are awesome, great gluten free options, tasty drinks, and all around good vibes. My personal favorites are the papaya salad, massaman curry, crispy jackfruit with sticky rice, and thai iced coffee. Definitely a must-try when visiting Seattle.

Great food! - Edit
All vegan, and even my non-vegan friend thought it was the best meal we had in Seattle. The fried oyster mushroom "wings" were really good, as were curries and noodle dishes.

Vegan Thai Restaurant in Popular Seattle Neighborhood - Edit
Small, cute vegan Thai restaurant in Seattle’s popular Lake Union neighborhood. The friendly staff was quick to take my order (to-go) and answer questions about the menu. The restaurant has a trendy, industrial look to it. I ordered the Pumpkin Curry ($13 & one of their most popular items), and it was delicious! I will definitely go back.

Vegan Thai - Edit
The dessert (Coconut Fancy) was unusual and delicious but the mains (Pad Thai and Green Curry) were good yet not special in any way. For appetizers we had Pot Stickers (nice) and Devil Wings (interesting). Overall solid Thai fare in a pleasant surroundings. I'm hoping to go back for the lunch buffet.

Lots of great options, from curries, stir frys and noodles. Has happy hour from 5pm to 7pm everyday with 1-2 dollar off on beverages and key items. Love the devil wings appetizer, for fans of spicy food.

Excellent Thai Food - Edit
I'm a huge fan of Thai cuisine. The Kati menu features a lot of great appetizers. For our table of 6, we ordered the Fresh Rolls, Angel Wings, Pot Stickers and Portobello Lover as an entree item. From the entree menu, we ordered the Green Curry, Pad Pak, Pad Thai and the Classic Fried Rice. For dessert, we shared the Coconut Fancy and Mango and Kati Sticky Rice. The flavors were exceptional and the service was prompt and friendly. Since I have an allergy to soy, we substituted jackfruit for tofu in a couple of the dishes. The jackfruit was a little on the tough side and hopefully they find a better supplier of young jackfruit. The green curry sauce was thin and I like my curry sauce with a little body to it. The desserts were very good and not too sweet. I think that this is now my favorite Thai place in Seattle.

Excellent Vegan Thai - Edit
I tell people to go to Kati for dinner first simply because their curry dishes and noodle dishes are so wonderful but they also have an excellent lunch buffet.
Read moreI'd recommend their fresh garden rolls, any of their wings appetizers, or the pot stickers for an appetizer. Their ginger tea is fresh grated ginger which is a nice option and you can't go wrong with any of their curry or noodle dishes.
Although I stick with the tea offerings they also have a huge drink menu with lots of interesting items.
The staff are wonderful and the restaurant has a great vibe to it as well.

Tied for best Thai in Seattle - Edit
When this opened I didn’t think anyone could de-thrown Arya’s place. This is just as delicious Thai food but with more of a funky twist. Everything was thoughtful and had an unique flair to it. I would describe Arya’s place as the go-to standard delicious Thai and Kati’s as the Thai restaurant you go to show of the awesome food of Seattle.

Fresh ingredients, trendy dishes - Edit
Kati has very nice fresh vegetables and a lot of the trendier Thai dishes in the USA the past few years, including khao soi.
Read moreI've tried it a couple of times, but honestly, I find the food very bland. If you go to Thai restaurants worried about it being too spicy, I'd say Kati is definitely for you. If you go to Thai restaurants worried about it not being spicy enough, I'd go to Araya's instead.
Pros: Fresh ingredients, Good menu
Cons: Not spicy or flavorful

AMAZING VEGAN MOSTLY ORGANIC - Edit
Very tasty, clean, all vegan thai place. First time back to Seattle in a few years and found this gem. I wont name any other vegan thai places in area that have gone down hill over the years lol ;) but this place blows that one out of the water.. (not that it is a competition!) Only complaint is parking situation.

We stopped in for lunch. They had a buffet which I would usually skip, but I looked really good. Food at a buffet is often overcooked and not hot.
