This was a nice option for a quick bite😄Overall, the dish was ok. I should have opted for jackfruit because the tofu was bland.

Glad to have another vegan thai optipn - Edit
Don't know how we missed hearing about this new vegan thai option. We are regulars at Araya and Kati complements their style with a slightly different style and seasoning so we will be regulars here now too. Also really appreciated the to go packaging is all compostable.
Read moreWe had the green curry, sweet and sour stir fry and pad thai plus both styles of rice and the mango sticky rice desert to make 2 meals at home. Would order any of these again for sure as everything was great but looking forward to working through the whole menu.
Easy parking in front for pickup in these covid times.
Pros: All vegan! Compostable to go packaging.

One of Seattle's more creative menus - Edit
I will say not everything has been perfect, but the menu is great and the variety is strong and everything is created with care. The ambiance is nice and there is often a wait.

Amazing flavors - Edit
This is my favorite SLU spot. Every dish I’ve tried has been flavorful and delicious. I only wish they had a bit more variety, but even that is a minor complaint since everything they offer is so tasty! I like their creative cocktails as well and love that they have bar seating (I need to make it a point to take advantage of that more!). Staff has always been friendly and wonderful.

So GOOD! I chose Kati for my birthday dinner and I was very satisfied!
Read moreThis is what we ordered:
Devil Wings
Angle Wings
Spicy Jackfruit on Sticky Rice
Fresh Rolls
Old Style Pad Thai
Pumpkin Curry
Everything was amazing and perfectly portioned! I could really tell that they use high quality ingredients and truly put love into each meal. What a gem of a restaurant! I took one non-vegan friend and he was super satisfied. We'll be back for sure.
Pros: Beautiful restaurant, Great service, Organic/quality food

Favorite place for special occasions - Edit
Kati remains my favorite Thai place! I haven’t experienced their buffet, but dinner is always wonderful here. Everything I’ve eaten here has been consistently great, and all of my omni friends and family enjoy the food when I lovingly drag them here ;). The massaman curry is THE best, and my whole family is obsessed with the devil wings appetizer. The drinks are awesome too!

The buffet isn’t that great IMO - Edit
Have only gone for the lunch buffet and, in my opinion, I think it certainly can be better. Regular menu entrees could be better, though.

Best vegan Thai in Seattle - Edit
Great quality food. Mostly organic ingredients. A nice restaurant with friendly staff. We liked everything about this place. The only complaint is they charge extra for substitutions. For instance, we asked for soft tofu instead of the fried in the massaman curry and was charged $2 each for that. Little charges add up here, but the prices of dishes aren’t too bad for being organic. Araya’s, the other Thai vegan place, is not even organic and they charge similar prices. Definitely will only eat here now for Thai food. Favorite dishes so far are the pumpkin curry and red curry.

I’ve been going to Kati for a while. Amazing lunch buffet, and dinner is amazing. Some dishes are better than others, I find their pad Thai a little dry TBH, but everything is tasty. Try their Kao Soi

Bad food - Edit
I've had Kati Vegan Thai twice, both times via delivery. The food was not good, and tended to have that sickly sweet taste I associate with very low quality, cheap Thai places.

Kati is the Best. - Edit
Kati Vegan Thai is my favorite restaurant in Seattle. The food is amazing, the owners and staff are awesome, great gluten free options, tasty drinks, and all around good vibes. My personal favorites are the papaya salad, massaman curry, crispy jackfruit with sticky rice, and thai iced coffee. Definitely a must-try when visiting Seattle.

All vegan, and even my non-vegan friend thought it was the best meal we had in Seattle. The fried oyster mushroom "wings" were really good, as were curries and noodle dishes.

Vegan Thai Restaurant in Popular Seattle Neighborhood - Edit
Small, cute vegan Thai restaurant in Seattle’s popular Lake Union neighborhood. The friendly staff was quick to take my order (to-go) and answer questions about the menu. The restaurant has a trendy, industrial look to it. I ordered the Pumpkin Curry ($13 & one of their most popular items), and it was delicious! I will definitely go back.

Vegan Thai - Edit
The dessert (Coconut Fancy) was unusual and delicious but the mains (Pad Thai and Green Curry) were good yet not special in any way. For appetizers we had Pot Stickers (nice) and Devil Wings (interesting). Overall solid Thai fare in a pleasant surroundings. I'm hoping to go back for the lunch buffet.
