Disappointed vegan - Edit
Don’t offer delivery if you can’t get it right. Food stuck to paper in box. Lost 1/4 noodles to compost. Incredibly disappointed. Have had so much better less heavy and greasy Thai food. Customer service when i called absent . She just told me you are a vegan restaurant trying to improve packaging . I understand but not at expense of losing part of meal. No apologies given. She was not in the least concerned when I said they had lost a customer.

Delicious dinner - Edit
Glad I decided to have dinner here despite there are some bad reviews on Yelps.
Read moreI ordered Khao Soi, Thai Iced Tea, and Coconut Fancy. The Khao Soi was tasty curry with rice noodles, ice tea was coconut-y, and the Fancy Coconut was really good. The combo of the coconut ice cream and sprinkled of some black sesame seeds.
Best of all, it was a 7 minutes walk from my hotel.
Pros: 100% vegan restaurant
Cons: Price it’s a bit high

Elevated Vegan Thai - Edit
We started with their Devil Wings ($10), a crunchy take on a fried appetizer using oyster mushrooms as the base. The hot seasoning on these 'wings' were bomb and left my partner wanting more and more.
Read moreNext was their Tom Kha with Artichoke Hearts ($15), a wonderful coconut-milk based soup that was fragrant and filling. The presentation of the soup was lovely and would go well with some sticky rice.
Finally, we devoured their Khao Soi ($15), a wonderful curry-noodle dish with tofu and red onions. Portions were great for two people and the piping hot curry base had great flavor and consistency.
Oh, and we can't forget about drinks. I had their Thairish Tea ($12) which was Thai Tea with a shot of whiskey and coconut cream. A bit pricy? Maybe, but it was nice to have a thai tea cocktail that was vegan.
For what appeared to be an overly upscale vegan restaurant, the prices were reasonable and we loved our experience. Definitely a place that I'd like to visit again the next time I'm in town.
Pros: Delicious Thai cuisine, Posh ambiance

Super flavorful - Edit
I had the massaman curry and a Thai iced tea, my mom had the tom kha and we were both very happy with our choices. When I come back, I will get the tom kha because it was just so flavorful and fresh tasting. Nice atmosphere in cute location. Mom thoroughly enjoyed her Gardener's Delight gin cocktail

Pricey but delicious - Edit
Delicious food. Got the massaman curry, potstickers, and pad Thai. Annoying because you have to pay an extra $3 for rice with any curry/stir fry dishes. However, it was delicious and had big portions. Good option for a special dinner night but not an every day thing.

Choose wisely - Edit
I would honestly leave 3 stars based on our choices, but I believe we didn't order well. And I would definitely go back again, so I don't want to leave a negative review on the restaurant.
Read moreWe ordered 2 dishes that were similar (kati pho and kra-pow ... both with beef crumbles). We usually choose with more variety to get a sense of the different flavor profiles. Neither of them were good, mostly because of the beef crumbles. The Angel Wings seem to be very popular, but they weren't mind-blowing. The eggplant salad was, however, delish. Next time, we will order differently and come back with an update.

A favorite - Edit
Kati is one of our favorite restaurants in Seattle! Every entree we’ve tried has been delicious. The Angel Wings and Pad Thai are some of our go-to’s. They also have a great cocktail selection! Lately it has been pretty crowded when we’ve gone so be prepared for a bit.

Meh - Edit
This place is overpriced for what you get. The portions are tiny, my entree had 5 little pieces of tofu. Rice costs extra with dishes it’s meant to pair with which is unusual and feels greedy. The food tasted no different than hole in the wall Thai restaurants. As an Asian person I don’t trust Asian restaurants that don’t offer chopsticks. The staff was great but I won’t be back.

Pretty good! - Edit
I love Thai food, and eat a lot of it, but I’m accustomed to more traditional flavor profiles, prefer them. My family and I ate here and definitely enjoyed the atmosphere, it was very chill, and clean. We tried the fresh garden rolls, garlic jackfruit on sticky rice, Kati pho, pineapple fried rice, pad pak, massaman curry, and mango sticky rice. I’d say that the really yummy items were the Kati pho, the massaman curry, and garlic jackfruit on sticky rice. Everything else was either just good or mediocre. As some other have the said the portions are pretty small for the price you pay.

Tldr get the mango with sweet sticky rice - Edit
I already adore Thai food and Kati Vegan Thai did a great job with every dish. For takeout I got the devil wings, larb makua, the basil fried rice, the masaman curry and the mango with sweet sticky rice dessert. The Devil Wings were still crispy when I picked them up. The eggplant in the larb makua was excellent. I would order something other than the basil fried rice next time. It had a nice heat but was lacking something. Masaman curry is usually one of my favorites and this was an excellent dish. The mango with sweet sticky rice though really stood out. The mango was impeccably ripe and the sticky rice was a perfect companion. The rice is even dyed blue with blue butterfly pea flower which makes a gorgeous navy blue.

Consistently good - Edit
Everything is vegan! Some Thai places will make things vegan upon request but then they just remove all the flavor without adding a vegan equivalent. It’s so nice to be able to order food that was intended to be vegan.
Read moreTheir Massaman curry is great but not very spicy. You can ask for spicy condiments though and they’ll bring you sambal, chili flakes and sriracha. My partner tried the kuay tiew noodle dish and really enjoyed it. I thought it wasn’t bad but definitely preferred the curry.

Cons: Expensive, Curries could be more authentic, Not enough spice
