Great meal while visiting the Christmas market - Edit
We visited a Karow‘s Grüne Küche food stand at the Christmas market in Bremen. As the website says, they have three different food stands and operate at fun fairs and Christmas markets across the north of Germany (not only in Hamburg).
Read moreI was served by the friendly owner who told me about all the vegan options. They had eight or nine vegetarian pitas that day and most of them could be veganized. There was also some information about that on a board.
I chose the mozzarella pita which was prepared with vegan mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, balsamico and rucola. It tasted very well and I felt content and full!
It is amazing to see so many vegan options at Christmas markets today and I hope to have a pita from Karow‘s next year again!
