Das Café selbst ist etwas laut, aber schön gemacht, v.a. die Plätze am Fenster😄
Very tasty vegan frozen yoghurt with a large selection of toppings! There are also unusual variations of hot drinks (e.g. strawberry latte M.). You can also buy cool postcards and other little things there.
The café itself is a bit noisy, but nicely done, especially the seats by the window😄

Café and small shop in Bamberg's central inner city. Offers vegan frozen yoghurt different drinks which can be customized vegan as well as waffles. Frozen yoghurt is freely customizable with labelled vegan sauce options and toppings while the place offers besides the usual chai latte etc. fun choices such as a lavender, pistachio, or strawberry latte. My froyo and my latte were both delicious, while the atmosphere is comfy and relaxed. A nice place to chill in a bit after having sore legs from walking all around Bamberg.

KARO18 is a café located in the heart of Bamberg. They offer frozen joghurt and more. I tried the vegan frozen joghurt. It's vegan by default, just the toppings can be vegan or non-vegan. It's clearly labeled, which toppings are vegan. They also offer coffee with oat or soy milk. Sadly, they also have cow milk. KARO18 also has vegan waffles on their menu - I didn't tried them tho. As far as I can remember, the vegan frozen joghurt was quite creamy and very delicious. To my surprise, the frozen joghurt was made out of some sort of rice. It was very refreshing. You can choose the size of the frozen joghurt. There are different sauces aswell beside the toppings. The interior was great and you could sit inside. The frozen joghurt can be ordered for takeaway. KARO 18 also has a small shop inside of the café. Overall, I can recommend visiting this place, If you're in Bamberg.

Das KARO18 ist ein Café im Herzen von Bamberg. Hier gibts Frozen Joghurt und mehr. Ich habe den veganen Frozen Joghurt probiert. Dieser ist von der Basis her vegan, nur die Toppings können vegan oder nicht-vegan sein. Glücklicherweise ist deutlich beschriftet, welche Toppings vegan sind. Das Café bietet auch Kaffee mit Hafer- oder Sojamilch an. Leider gibt es dort auch Kuhmilch. KARO18 hat auch vegane Waffeln im Angebot - ich habe sie aber nicht probiert. Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, war der vegane Frozen Joghurt recht cremig und sehr lecker. Zu meiner Überraschung wurde der Frozen Joghurt aus Reis hergestellt. Im Sommer sehr erfrischend. Man kann die Größe des Frozen Joghurts wählen, also zwischen klein und groß. Neben den Toppings gibt es auch noch verschiedene Soßen. Der Innenraum war toll und man konnte drinnen sitzen. Den gefrorenen Joghurt kann man auch zum Mitnehmen bestellen. KARO 18 hat auch einen kleinen Laden innerhalb des Cafés. Insgesamt kann ich diese Location sehr empfehlen für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp, wenn man in Bamberg unterwegs ist.
