The vegan menu is good - Edit
I really love the vegan options and frankly, I’ve never had a bad meal here. There’s decent variety considering and there are vegan apps and breads to choose from, too. I think this is one of our better options here.

Cons: There could always be more vegan options.

Great food, many labeled vegan options -- very spicy lately - Edit
This was my favorite spot for Indian food for years, and it's still been very good when I've gone, but the past few years the amount of spice in the dishes seems to have gone up, beyond my personal spice tolerance level (at least beyond my being able to have it as a whole meal). I still highly recommend it for anyone who has a higher tolerance for spicy food. They have many vegan options, which are clearly labeled.
Read moreI would suggest using caution about what dipping sauces come with the papadum that they give you, as I recall being told that one of the sauces standardly supplied may not be vegan. (I might be wrong, though, or this could have changed since I heard that.)
It's also been a while since I ate there in person rather than getting take-out, but I recall that the last time I was there, the atmosphere was great for a nice meal out.
Pros: Many labeled vegan options, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Not many non-spicy options

best Indian in the area -- hands down - Edit
This place is incredibly good, and is the only place in the area to clearly label the vegan entrees. I do wish they would label other menu items, as we have been told the dosas and samosas and other items are vegan, though they are not labeled on the menu. They have all the usual stuff but also feature regional dishes you won't find anyplace else, like chettinadu vegetables and this amazing cauliflower dish that tastes like general tso's chicken! The weekend buffet is great but gets very crowded.

Cons: gets crowded, not all vegan items labeled
