Disappointingly not Uyghur - Edit
I visited for lunch and was excited about trying Uyghur cuisine. Unfortunately, no typical Uyghur food was highlighted on the menu, making it a common Chinese restaurant. The food tasted good, yet prices were rather expensive. Don't think I would give it a second try.
