Extremely grateful for this wonderful shop - Edit
This is one of the only fully vegan shops in Morioka, and it is a rare gem that is open not only for lunch but also for dinner. Everything was delicious and I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the shop. I went with my husband and his parents (who are not vegan) and they also enjoyed the food. I am extremely grateful for this wonderful shop and I will definitely come again next time I'm in Morioka.

Serene setting and delicious set meal - Edit
We tried two of the daily set meals: soybean fried chicken and kurumafu cutlet. Great presentation and plating, and all sides that came with the main were appreciated. Mushrooms, greens, radishes, and even a dressed salad. The meal came with choice of rice and a vegetable soup.
Read moreBoth the soybean fried chicken and kurumafu cutlet were perfectly crispy, and we wished we had ordered an extra side of both after a long day of traveling.
The germinated brown rice wine was funky, but quite interesting if that's your thing.
The restaurant has a very peaceful vibe, coming both from the decor and also the owner's demeanor, which invites a slow meal.

Great Vegan Place - Edit
There was a lunch set with different options. I chose the soy meat and brown rice set with a soy dessert and apple juice. The meal was delicious; the soy meat and dessert were especially good. The café was cozy and had a good atmosphere. It was relatively cheap, too.

Nice bento lunch - Edit
Very cute cozy place.
Read moreI Enjoyed Yummy homey bento box they offer.
It just hard to find the way to get there (Google made me walk 30 mins). Grab a bus called Denden mushi (either direction) from Morioka station and hop off at stop DD10, near a bridge. Just 1 min walk from there.
Also last order was 14:00 😅

Tasty food and nice atmosphere - Edit
I had a stop over of 1 night in Morioka, so I headed here for dinner. There's not a clear sign at the front, so I am grateful for the photos of the other users that helped me identify the place.
Read moreMenu is all in Japanese and there are no photos BUT, being an all vegan place, I was happy enough to randomly point at something on the menu and see what happened, (experience that I have been missing since travelling as a vegan).
I had a lovely set that included some fried something, rice, soup, salad and a few different veggies/pickles for only 1100 yen. Food was tasty and the right amount, the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed.
Owner only speaks Japanese but seemed very lovely.
Pros: All vegan menu, That tiny potato salad was awesome!
Cons: Menu is only in Japanese, no photos, Not easy to identify shop

Great food and great wine ❤️ - Edit
I really liked that they offer fully vegan yet still authentic japanese food (I had Karaage/fried chicken). This gives vegans/vegetarians the opportunity to not miss out on the local cuisine.

Delicious vegan with allium-free options - Edit
About ¥1100 per person. Out of four options from the lunch and dinner menu respectively, two of which are alliums-free (no onion, garlic, leeks, chives, asafoetida). Staff are knowledgeable about vegetarian who avoid these alliums (gokun). The food is delicious! There aren’t many options for vegan who want allium free meals in Morioka, but this is one place we’ll want to come back over and over again!

Cons: A bit slow, be prepared to wait for your food

Great find! - Edit
This is a fabulous little gem in Morioka. The waitress tried very hard to communicate with us with the help of Google translate! The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The karaage (fried soy chicken) was so good we ordered a second portion.

Can be better - Edit
What a amazingly beautiful tiny little place. Great concept and love the fact that it’s completely vegan, however it’s consist of fried food. Too greasy. Brown rogue was too soggy, only best thing on their lunch plate that had small little bit of everything was a salad. Wish it was better. The soup that came with it, Tunis soup was even a bit too oily. Again cute and nice place but food could have been better. Plus the staff should really speak a little bit of English.

Amazing - Edit
Small all Vegan Japanese cafe. We went in and ordered the special (they have a small English menu but didnt speak much English and the special changes so items weren't listed). The food was incredible, lots of small separate portions on the plate each one tasted amazing, also came with a soup which was great and rice (which was rice). We also had the desert, I suggest you try it.
