Best Vegan Option in Puyo - Edit
Kandy is not vegan as advertised, but it does have the best options for vegan proteins including burgers, sandwiches, and bowls at a very reasonable price ($3.5-$5).
Read moreThe burger was very savory and the fries very fresh, although the vegan cheese was more like a sauce. Enjoyed it so much I ordered another. The Bahia was very refreshing.
NOTE: The hours may not be very reliable. I visited twice on Friday and it was closed, but was open on Saturday.

Nice Little Mostly Vegan Place - Edit
Highly recommend their various vegan burgers and their vegan salchipapas (fries with various vegan meats).They have all vegan dipping sauces. Also their cold drinks are really nice. The only thing I didn't love was a bowl I got one night - it was rice/ chickpeas etc. but super oily and salty. I believe they're the only place in town really attempting vegan food so I highly recommend supporting them

It is a cute small place. The place has vegan and vegetarian options. I had the vegan burger: portobello. I really liked the food, so I have decided that I have to go back. The owners are also very nice. Long story short: I would recommend this place!
