ask for a vegan menu - some items are listed in the standard (?) one, but not vegan ramens. both were very good! so are the gyozas. friendly staff

Delicious ramen with tofu from their separate vegan menu. There are more vegan appetizers than entrees but we only had the gyozas and they were hard to share because they were fried and kind of pressed together. The ramen is a large portion so sharing apps actually isn’t necessary. Note: it was a lovely day so the front doors were open to the street and it was crazy noisy from the traffic on 8th Ave, sirens and trucks, oh my.

This is a simple yet elegant ramen place, with excellent service and charming surroundings. Ask for the vegan menu; I had tofu ramen and it was quite good.

Nice vegan spicy ramen with green noodles and Beyond Meat. I typically make my own ramen with Beyond Meat at home and find this to be quite nice. My only qualm is that I wish Kame included more types of vegetables in the soup. This restaurant is a solid four, as I have had better ramen elsewhere but this is still pretty good. I also liked the Synthwave music they were playing.

I got the vegan gyoza—honestly better than any I had in Japan—and the shoyu ramen. They tastes like they use a shiitake dashi, which I really like but may not be to everyone’s taste. The tofu and noodles were delicious. I got genmaicha which was made in a little tea pot and was really nice. A cute little place and the servers were nice about how weird I was. Overall a nice little place to stop!
