We went during the Rajastani food festival and the food was authentic and delicious. Most dishes can easily be made vegan as well by removing the ghee or cream.

Full of expat Indian subcontinentals this place is the real deal. Lunchtime thalis are excellent value and are unlimited. The Al Khuwair spot is a snack spot only, The Ruwi specialises in chats and the other (Rex road?) in Indian-Chinese dishes.
Read morePure veg, although you need to know what you're ordering to get vegan as the waiters don't understand the concept so well. This is common in any Indian place in my opinion.
