Healthy and Delicious!

Kaia bowls in Safety Harbor is a great find. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about her product and is happy to guide newcomers and veteran customers alike. The food is super fresh and delicious! We have been there several times, getting Açaí Honolulu bowl, a Strawberry Banana Tropical bowl and even several make your own bowls with a Passion Fruit base. We also tried the Vegan Chicken Poke bowl and the Chia pudding with granola and Berries. It’s hard to pick a favorite because everything is so delicious! Just off Main Street in Safety Harbor - go find this place, it’s worth the effort!
