Delicious - Edit
Very nice sushi, felt happy eating here. The seating outside isn't too pretty though. Also they had no vegan desserts listed when we went. We had to specifically ask the waiter, who told us that there were 2 Mochi options. Chocolate and Mango.

Best vegan sushi in town, More vegan items than indicated - Edit
This chain of three restaurants in Zurich tops the other Sushi places. There is a wide selection of excellent vegan sushi and during lunchtime, for 26.- you get a vegan sushi combo that includes a starter (edamame is marked vegan, miso is unmarked but vegan) and dessert (chocolate mochi and mango yuzu sorbet are vegan but unmarked).

Several clearly marked vegan sushi options, we tasted all and liked each set. Reasonably priced for Zurich standards.
