Cheap simple curry, just what you need

Lovely daal, great roti, very cheap

Love this place, it’s so cheap that we go there all the time. Wouldcrecommend the daal instead of the chana, as the chana can be a little greasy sometimes. The bread is freshly made in front of you. The owners are very friendly but don’t speak much English.

Quick, cheap and tasty

This place has several vegan-friendly options - I regularly have the saag dal with roti, but there are other curries with okra and cauliflower, among other things.

Tasty and amazing value!

I go here pretty much every other week for the lentil dahl. £3 will buy you a tasty curry and two freshly made rotis! The spinach curry is also pretty good. If you are feeling broke you can get a chickpea curry for £2 with 2 roti!

Pros: Amazing value!, Tasty food, Freshly made rotis

Cons: Seating area is a little noisy, Can be difficult to communicate with owner!
