Lots of vegan milk options. Only chocolate cake is labelled vegan but staff told us that the apple oat cake was too!

The coffee is locally sourced and roasted and has a really nice flavour. Unfortunately none of the cake options were vegan on this day.

Münchner Preise zu moderater Qualität - Edit
Für Veganer gab es nur einen Schokokuchen zur Auswahl. Der war lecker, aber im Vergleich sehr teuer. Der Kaffee war ok. Ich finde es immer sehr schade, wenn man für Plantbased Milch extra zahlen muss. Das war auch hier leider der Fall.
Read moreDie Preise auf der Karte stimmen nicht mit dem Kassensystem überein, sodass wir circa 30 % mehr gezahlt haben, als erwartet. Insgesamt würde ich hier nicht nochmal herkommen. Dafür gibt es zu viele bessere Alternativen.

Trendy little coffee shop serving every style of coffee and an offering of alternative milks - soy, oat, almond and coconut. A range of home baked cakes, slices, and bliss balls - some vegan depending on availability on the day

Best chocolate Muffins ever! - Edit
One of my favorite places in Arugam bay! In low season they unfortunately only had vegan muffins and energy balls and no vegan cake. But the chocolate muffins were so delicious that we had to come every day! They also have coffee and matcha with coconut and soy milk and the staff is very kind!

We loved this place a lot! We came here 3 days in a row! The last day we came they did not have the vegan muffin and we were so sad! So one woman working there said that she already baked them but the topping was missing! So, we Said we would buy it without topping but she made the topping for us quickly before we left! She was such sweetheart.

Some good vegan options - Edit
Cute little cafe with aircon, however the level of vegan treats fluctuates quite frequently. The first time there were only three bliss balls to choose from, and other times I went back they had some more treats like vegan apple cake, chocolate muffins, energy bars etc. I asked about an iced coffee shake that had vegan option beside it, but was told that it still had dairy icecream in it.. even in the vegan option, so I was a little confused. Everything I tried was delicious and another perk is the coffee is good.

Great coffee! - Edit
It's a shame I can only write something about their coffee while they have so much more to offer. But after a few weeks of traveling through Sri Lanka, my gf and I were craving for some REAL coffee. Bites is the place to be for that! Really good coffee, nice atmosphere with a little outside cozy seats place behind the Cafe.
