Alles sehr sehr lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.😄gerne wieder
We got the so called "little Breakfast" with a Glas of Kakao, am fresh orange juice and an cinnamon waffle. Everything Was really tasty and made with love. The staff was also very friendly and handsome.
We will come back. :-)

Der Kuchen war sehr lecker. Irgendwie hatte ich anfangs nicht gesehen, dass alles vegan ist, was angeboten wird. Sind durch Zufall in das Café gestolpert, aber haben uns umso mehr gefreut und es genossen! War alles sehr lecker und einfach typisches Café in St. Pauli. Sehr chillig.

Read moreThere are outside tables and plenty of inside tables. The decor is vintage with rustic furniture, exposed brick, interior led glass windows and shabby chic. It is a very interesting space.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Everything is fully vegan and was delicious.

Wir sind sonst sehr convenience orientiert, ergo Frühstück mit Veganer Salami, Keeese etc. Hier gibts frische Aufstriche wie Hummus, Guacamole, Erdnussnus und viel Gemüse. Da konnten wir mal richtig gesund frühstücken.😄

We had the small vegan breakfast which was enough for two people. We got two bread rolls, humus, tomato dip, vegetables and fruits and Salat, everything was fresh and tasty.

We were excited that there was a vegan cafe within walking distance of our hotel that was open - so walked there, and it was closed with no sign of why - on a Tuesday morning about 10:30☹️

I went here for breakfast one day. The waitress didn't really seem to be in the mood for working there but she brought my drink quite quickly. After waiting for my meal for 50 minutes the guy from the kitchen brought it but had forgotten about the bread rolls (so I just got spreads). He told me it would take another 20 minutes to serve the bread rolls so I could just send back the spreads. Well, I was hungry so didn't really have a choice but to wait. The waitress was visibly embarrassed and offered me an unused bread roll from another table.
Read moreYou would think that after all of this I wouldn't have to pay the full price (by law in Germany you have to wait 30 minutes), but no flexibility here either.
They also don't take cash which I only found out when I wanted to pay. Considering they have several signs stating you have to order at the counter they should be able to put one up stating they only take cash.

Wir waren gestern morgen in Hamburg im Café Stark, Dank HappyCow gefunden und Glück gehabt, ohne Reservierung einen Platz für zwei ergattern zu können.
Read moreSuper leckeres Frühstück mit selbst gemachten, veganen Aufstrichen (Linse, Hummus, Tomate), hausgemachter Marmelade und leckerem Milchkaffee, wahlweise mit Hafer- oder Erbsenmilch. Liebevoll und optisch toll angerichtet mit rohem/gebratenem Gemüse sowie frischem Obst und Salat: ein Traum!
Dazu gibt es eine große Auswahl an selbst gebackenen Kuchen und Torten, von denen wir leider nur jeder ein Stück testen konnten, weil das Frühstück schon sehr reichhaltig war - auch sehr, sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert! Unbedingt hingehen, wenn ihr in Hamburg seid!

I visited Kaffee Stark last week and I loved it. It had good vibes and staff was really friendly, something I rarely came across during my visit to Hamburg. I had a good breakfast of scrambled eggs, might not be purely vegetarian yet, they do have vegan options and the atmosphere itself was warm, with seating indoor and outdoor. It's a quite place and exactly what I was looking for. Though the only downside in the whole experience is that I was obviously a foreigner, not too familiar with the currency and struggled a bit to put the right amount, only later to discover that I overpaid. I would expect the people at the counter to notify me of the mistake.
