Some vegan options - Edit
There are a couple of vegan options (and I think they could make others vegan). We had the Superfood Eggplant Sandwich which was freshly prepared and was delicious. The only downside was the cost - $11.75. Service was ‘okay’.

A nice cafe with good vegan options. My partner got the mushroom avocado toast and I got the matcha mana bowl.

Great Cafe with delicious vegan options. - Edit
Super friendly staff, great seating including outdoors right by the train tracks. Delicious vegan options, I always get the eggplant almond ricotta sandwich when I pass through union station.
