Kafeneio Kindness - Edit
We were guided to this delightful café whilst on an incredible electric bike tour with #redgrapeadventures. We arrived in need of water and sustenance and out of nowhere was conjured a vegan platter comprising, in my mind, an award winning fava dip, local bread, dressed cucumber, rice, fresh tomatoes, olives and stuffed vine leaves - dolmades. This tasted totally delicious and was washed down with much needed bottled water. We wolfed down the vegan platter and forgot to look at the standard menu. The place also offers local produce to buy - handy for both local people and tourists alike, staying in the discerning air bnbs which are discreet and sparsely offered. A beautiful village still surviving happily in today’s hectic pace with this Kafeneio in the centre. Just down from this café we accidentally photo bombed a DIOR photo shoot - always a sign of undiscovered gems and places people enjoy to find.
