Charging for tap water is both a first and hopefully a last. - Edit
The vegan option(s) are largely the same across the cafés / restaurants in Tórshavn, save that here, the veganified humus sandwich was inferior to others tried and my friend, unconvinced, left half her avocado sandwich. Credit that vegetarian options which could be veganified were clearly marked and I recall a nachos plate on offer.
Read moreFurther, it's the wider offering that means you'd be much better off trying one of the other cafés / restaurants, with five staff members working, but not wanting to take any orders meaning the waiting time was inordinately long and, most astoundingly, charging for tap water. In a country that prides itself on the ability to drink the high quality tap water.
The price is expensive, but that's standard in the Faroes. What isn't standard or acceptable, however, is the rest.

Nice & cozy place to visit by the harbour - Edit
Another place in Faroes that have vegan options on catalogue! Bravo! Please, put more ! 🙏 The second time I went, I realized that the first time I didn't order vegan option, but vegetarian. Make sure your order the right thing 😉

Very nice place! They could only make one sandwich vegan but it tasted good and their freshly made juices are delicious 😋

OK enough for vegans - Edit
I went for a late lunch and had an oat milk cappuccino and a Hummus sandwich. The coffee was good, the sandwich was fine. There are 2 sandwich options for vegans (avocado or hummus) and I wanted a bit more protein, but it was not a very memorable meal. There are also some vegan friendly salads on the menu- they might be nicer.

I went here for a tea and saw that they had some vegan options. Coffee was also made with oat milk. The location is very nice, it’s located directly in the harbor!
