La Beyond burguer estaba muy buena, las salsas picantes son artesanas y estan muy ricas. Tienen una gran selección de cervezas.

León no es una ciudad donde se puedan encontrar una gran variedad de sitios con opciones veganas. Es por eso que este restaurante, a pesar de solamente tener dos opciones veganas una veggie burguer y una tabla vegana, es una buena opción para comer. Los platos estaban muy buenos y además sirven cerveza artesana del propio local.

Nice spot in León - Edit
The restaurant is cozy and has a rustic vibe. We went to dinner at 11am -we booked in advance- and the place was still crowded, however, the staff was still nice and very welcoming. We took the Tabla Vegana to share and La Veggie burger, while we were waiting for our dinner they brought us some homemade hummus for free that was delicious. Both sauces in the Tabla were incredible! And the carrot chips were amazing. Also, La Veggie burger was a Beyond pattie served with a sweet tomato marmalade, grilled aubergine and mushrooms and the classic lettuce, it was accompanied with homemade baked potatoes, which I really loved. If you're near the old town, into local craft beer or you are just going to dinner with omnivore friends, this is your place.

El lugar es bonito, pero solo tiene dos opciones veganas. Pasta salad y hamburguesa.
Read morePedimos adaptar la pizza vegetariana, es decir quitarle el queso, y lo hicieron, pero era muy pobre en vegetales, y super finita la masa. Rica, pero escasa.
Siendo que el precio no es barato esperábamos algo mas.
Pros: Lindo lugar, buena cerveza.
Cons: Pocas opciones veganas y caro.

... but still better than nothing, as Leon is not very vegan friendly. There are only two fully vegan options: pasta salad and vegan burger.
Read moreI had the burger which was made out of chickpea with grilled aubergine and slice of pepper. Very dry, lacking flavour. It came with lay's style chips, that are rather dry also. What I liked most in the meal was the veganaise sauce.
I had also baked potatoes ("Kadabra potatoes") which came with three sauces: veganaise (very good), mojo picon (which was not as mojo at all, rather like a cheap fake sriracha) and cheddar (which is not for vegans).
This place can be helpful if you are travelling through Leon, but is rather a "last resort" option.

The restraunt has a cozy and nice atmosphere. There was a menu in english which was helpful. The service was good, there is nothing else to say about. The restraunt had some excellent craft. There were many dishes that were gluten free and vegetarian but only two vegan dishes. They were a delicious pasta salad and a vegan burger. The burger was dry and simple. It was not bad but only average.
