I came here because there weren't any other options I could find in the Las Vegas Town Square. They had a vegetarian menu but nothing vegan labeled, but my waiter said that most can be made vegan by changing up the sauce. I had the tofu steak which was amazing, and beautiful too! It came with a salad and their kale dressing is fantastic. I would love to come back! My waiter also recommended the tofu roll but I'm not much of a sushi eater.
There are quite a few vegan options that are offered at kabuki. The tofu steak is vegan and gf. The vegetable roll is really good and their kale salad is delicious
didn't like the ramen, average veg sushi rolls instead - Edit
So I can here for the ramen and did the veggie ramen and it was mostly all sprouts and kale, no veggies. I returned it and decided to do sushi rolls instead. Avocado roll was delish , i did two orders to make up for the lack of flavor in the ramen.
Waiter was awesome and accommodating , he gets five stars for great service .
I highly recommend this beautiful combination of flavors! Garlic edamame, spicy tofu on crispy rice, tofu roll, veggie rainbow roll and the veggie Ramin. Wow what a surprise of plant based power. The mayo on the rolls and spicy tofu are confirmed vegan. The floor of the broth, onion and kale in the Ramin is left on your tongue long after the first bite. Bonus!- they have a full bar with brilliant cocktail creations.
The food here is outstanding...one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever eaten at! We started our meal with stuffed mushrooms...they were small and tasty. We also tried the crispy rice with tofu - we asked for no mayonnaise. This was phenomenal! I like food a little less spicy so I didn't eat the jalapeño that was placed on top. The kale salad made me a kale convert. It was so delicious that I bought the ingredients and tries to replicate it at home. The different vegetarian sushis are so tasty! Service is great and they have gluten-free soy sauce. Very knowledgeable and patient wait staff!
