Fully vegan Japanese-inspired food truck that offers noodle bowls, tempura, takoyaki, tofu katsu, black sesame fried rice, miso soup, and a few more. Open Wed-Sun 12:00pm-6:00pm.
Closed Mon-Tue.
I normally love Japanese food but the flavors of the sweet and salty soba were just bland. The fried kabocha that came on top was borderline burnt and just tasted like overheated oil. Then to top it off I had to pull a long hair out of one of the fritters which really ruined it for me. Really wanted to love this spot!
They have gluten free noodles for the soba! And a few other gluten free options as well. It definitely hits the pile of creamy noodles craving, and the portion size was great. It was a bit heavy on the cabbage and light on the other veggies, but overall tasty and filling. The truck is located in a community park with coveted picnic tables. There is another food truck and a vegan Cafe next door too! Looking forward to more visits.
Very good vegan Japanese food for a food truck. - Edit
I got the mushroom takoyaki balls and a soba noodles bowl, both of which were very tasty and in good portion sizes. I look forward to trying more items on their menu
