Juugo is owned by a friendly farmer who uses his own buckwheat to create his custom version of soba. It is a bit thicker and grainy but definitely has very good taste. If you want it fully vegan, you will not be able to use the dashi (fish stock) but will instead get salt and other ingredients.
The owner is very friendly and happy to communicate with you in English.

Pros: Friendly personal atmosphere , Delicious soba noodles, Useful location
