Not my first choice but just that they are convenient and closed late at around this vicinity. Food court food but charges expensive even for 2 dishes. Food so-so with so-so service attitude...
Serves normal dishes that you would expect from a typical vegetarian stall. Inconsistent standard of food. Overly fried bean curd sticks in red cooking that was too tough to chew. Had encountered half cooked rice but staff argued that it's thoroughly cooked. The food is usually overly salty. Eg. The braised mushrooms is very salty.
Pricey for the small portion of food, eg. Kuay teow and bee hoon is often enough for kids but not enough for adults. No choice as there's no nearby vegetarian options after the nearest one at Tampines Mall close down.
Unfriendly customer service. Server is impatient and observed to sometimes argue with customer. Maybe due to this being the only vegetarian stall in the vicinity.
Food is ok, portion too big and thus expensive - Edit
Food is ok.. Was surprised that 2 veg and one tofu with bee hoon came up to be $6.. The portion was too much for 1 pax.. Leftover about half and had to go back to stall to request to takeaway container for 20cent and pack urself..
Plate size is about 30cm diameter😅😅
A plate fried rice with black pepper mock meat and broccoli costs $5.50.
Recommended to get the black pepper mock meat slices, one of the best mock meat dishes I’ve had.
This is definitely the typical vegetarian eatery. I am surprised that they have a wide variety of selection, and the quality of the food are pretty good. The pricing is slightly higher (probably due to the fact that they are located in an air-conditioned food court) but the portions served are actually quite decent and generous. And the best thing is that it is located just beside to Tampines MRT station.
Compared to many typical food court vegetation stalls, I think this stall has better variety. They are very generous with their portions as well. Price wise slightly more but considering the portions I have no complaint. One of my favorite stalls in the area.
I ate here a few times and found it just okay. But I was not happy that I was not allowed to buy just the brown rice so had to buy 1 dish and it costed $3.50. Overpriced.
Had brown rice with tau kwa, black fungus & peanuts, and green beans - the least greasy looking options available. $5 was overpriced considering the quality of the dishes. Would have visited Xuan Miao or QQRice instead!
air-con food court stall nearest to Tampines Bus Interchange - Edit
Serve vegetable and mock meat dishes with rice/brown rice/fried rice bee hoon/noddle. Delicious tofu, curry & many more dishes. Offered crispy noodle at non peak hours.
