Just Greens, Fernvale, Singapore - Edit
I just ate here. Not much available at this time other starch and mock meat. Brown rice was a plus. A light tofu and cabbage soup was bundled in. 5.50 SGD for the soup and main I had. The lady serving was nice.

Revisited since renovation - Edit
My first visit after the whole kopitiam undergone renovation not long ago. The usual chirpy & friendly staff is on duty & food choices are the same as before. I order my brown rice with 4-side vegetables. The pricing is just about right given the inflation. This stall served brown rice porridge before & I hope it is not taken off the menu completely.

Economy beehoon/ rice - Edit
#vegan economy rice/ beehoon
Read moreWe've been patronising this stall for almost 16 years and the auntie always makes sure that I've got more than enough to eat - huge portions for a small eater like me 😋
Initial plan was to go for the healthy choices like greens and tofu, but the lady who went before me ordered all the fritters. I succumbed and told the auntie, "I want the same as hers", and the auntie responded with a knowing chuckle.
Simple and comforting meal. They are situated right next to Fernvale LRT; Sengkangers will know where exactly. My personal favourite is the Kway Chap, which is available daily.
Pros: value for money

1 star. Low quality , poor hygiene, not fresh - Edit
1 ⭐ only. Happy Cow won't allow me less then 2.
Read moreThis stall is in kopitiam next to Seletar mall.
They serve simple vegetarian veggies and beehoon, noodles. Etc.
Quality here is poor.
The stall opens almost entire day. But drawback of serving many dishes and for so long is, most get stale after a while but they still keep serving.
I found a metal wire thing in beehoon.
Which again questions their hygiene.
Taste not great either.
Taste 2/5 star
Quality 1/5
Safety 1/5
I never understood why people want to serve such pathetic vegetarian food. As if saying" take it or leave it, we get profit anyway. And we don't care about food you eat" . Are these store owner s vegetarian?
Or they even eat their own food?
Surely lack of good vegetarian options in this area help them.
Wont recommend even if you feel too hungry.
Pros: None
Cons: Low quality, Low on taste, Oily, and stale food

Dishonest - Edit
Is this what a standard vegetarian beehoon consist of? I ordered 3 packet of vegetarian beehoon on foodpanda and this is what they delivered. 3 different types of vegetables + beehoon.

Good for the hungry folk in the area … - Edit
Another vegetarian stall in the Kopitiam serving vegetarian economical rice and with 1 or 2 types of noodle like vegetarian Laska or Kway Chap. Close to LRT, Just Greens is within 2-3 mins walk from Fernvale LRT Station.
Read moreSome of their dishes are better than those normal vegetarian stall and charged higher than normal.
Ordered 2 dishes (curry potatoes and minced meat tofu) + rice cost $4. The free soup for the day was radish, cabbage and tofu. If you paid using Kopitiam card, there is a discount so t’s just $3.6.
