I wouldn’t bother going here

update: since found out their food hygiene rating since December has only been 2/5!
Wow!! this is extremely poor especially for a vegan place
A very disappointing visit we chose to eat in and an unwelcoming atmosphere the staff are too busy chatting and in the kitchen to pay attention to customers or food they are serving.
We were served a really burnt Falafel pitta and when we brought it their attention to swap over they simply said a refund only if returned as apparently out of stock of breads??!! Early evening yet we saw customers coming in to buy pittas and weren’t refused, but as we were hungry we chose to eat the inside filling.
It is also very cramped in here, and I tripped up getting to and from salad bar and saw a few others do the same the layout is not customer friendly especially those with mobility issues like myself and serving the food in plastic bags is not acceptable for a sit in restaurant where they charge you to have a plate it should be takeaway only.
Overall I would definitely not reccomend or return here.

Hi there,

You seem to have set up a fake Facebook profile in the name of Sandy Machon two days ago and also only joined Happy Cow two days ago, possibly to troll Just Falafs as all you have posted on both sites is this review. Just Falafs do not serve food on trays as shown in these photos and have not stamped the bags for months so we are confused about these photos you have posted. I would hope the staff would never serve a pita burnt like they are in these photos.

We don't know who you are and why you seem to have it in for Just Falafs but perhaps istead of writing terrible reviews and setting up accounts just to post them on various sites, you could talk to us to see if we can resolve any issues you have.

I would hope that other customers and potential customers would read the other reviews, which are postive and demonstrate that people enjoy Just Falafs food very much.
