Delicious noodles!

Great little place with a decent vegan section on the menu. Entrees also labelled if vegan (3-4 options). The fried tofu entree is a MUST have, my favourite thing I have eaten in hobart. Great portion size too, only slight disappointment is the spring rolls just because you only get 2 (would urge you to get the tofu as entrée instead!).

Try and go non-peak time - we got in at 5:30pm on a weeknight and if we had been 30 mins later would have been waiting a bit due to small staff.

Tasty food, large portions

We had the blank pepper veg duck and the mix veggies and veg duck with stir-fried noodles. Both tasted amazing, very generous portions, separate vegan section, certainly worth 5 stars. Only downside is that they're short on staff, so orders take a while.

Pros: Great taste, Large portions

Cons: Few staff, long wait

Great vegan menu and delicious food

I love Jungle! The vegan options I’ve tried have all been fantastic, particularly the sesame noodles and the broccoli. I’m looking forward to trying all of the option in the vegan menu. I appreciate how much effort they’ve put into making a vegan menu that has different and interesting options. I would give Jungle Thai 5 stars but as per Happy Cow policies, the 5th star is reserved for restaurants that are entirely vegetarian (which jungle is not), otherwise, I’d 100% be giving the full 5 stars.

Good vegan range with tasty food

We came to The Junge after they advertised a seperate vegan menu. We were happy to see a whole range of dishes with mock meat and tofu options. Menu includes a range of stirfires (we got Mongolian and Veg Oyster) but also has curries, noodles dishes etc.

The food was tasty and the portions were large. Friendly service and would go back again.

Pros: Many vegan options, Large portions

Cons: Serves meat, Not super cheap but still good value
