Only vegan options : drinks

Coffee served with soy, almond or oat milk if asked but no vegan options for breakfast or lunch (not even the overnight porridge made on cow milk ...)

Pros: Only vegan options for drinks

Cons: Nothing vegan to eat

barely any vegan options

i love the aesthetic of jungle cafe, however the menu changes daily- usually only around four options and often no vegan option. the coffee is really good but they charge extra for alternative milks

Nothing much vegan

Nothing vegan to eat really. Staff seemed surprised to hear the word vegan and suggested fruit salad.
Had to find somewhere else.

Pros: Cool looking place

Cons: Couldn't get vegan lunch

Avoid! - If you just want a coffee it’s fine

There were no vegan options on the menu. They agreed to do avocado on toast for the same price as the option with an egg (but couldn’t make it cheaper, they said they could add extra avocado but that didn’t happen- communication with serving and kitchen staff was a shambles). The avocado was served on 2 thin rounds of a French bread stick....it was a paltry offering for £8. Everyone had finished eating and I still didn’t get my food. I told the waiter and he said it was coming, waited another 15 minutes and still no food so asked for a refund. The waiter was very short with me and blamed me for changing the order. I changed the order for one of the people I was with literally 2 minutes after ordering because she can’t eat mushrooms and there were mushrooms in the soup. Surely this shouldn’t have caused such a delay. He continued to try to justify the delay by saying there was only 1 person in the kitchen and 10 people ordered after me. I worked in customer service for years and would never have spoken to a customer like this, even when I was ordering and trying to find out what I could eat he was very short with me and the other person serving didn’t know, she may have been new. If he communicated with me about the delayed order and was more apologetic and helpful I would have left feeling more positive about the place despite the overpriced food and bad selection for vegans. Good customer service can go a long way!

No vegan desserts

Came here because there was supposed to be vegan options but there wasn’t a single vegan dessert, can’t say anything about the other dishes because there was no real menu

Pros: Nice atmosphere

Cons: No vegan dessert
