One of the nice things of NYC. - Edit
It is so nice that in NYC there is a great juice venue every few blocks. Juice Press and Juice Generation are both great, with healthy grab & go and made-to-order juices, made-to-order smoothies and bowls, and some grab&go salads and snack, most of which are vegan. This branch of Juice Generation is tiny, for takeout only, but clean and well-run as I have come to expect of them. Today I had a "supa-dupa greens" made-to-order juice; it was delicious.

Great juice bar, has food too! - Edit
A great chain cafe with TONS of vegan options, including smoothies (a HUGE selection!), soup/bread, baked goods, packaged goods, and pre-made refrigerated sandwiches and meals. They also have many raw options.
