The food here is really great authentic Asian food. Flavours & ingredients were fresh, and the chef knew the difference between veggie and vegan. First time they made a mistake and put a hard boiled egg in my dish, but I asked them to remove it and next time I visited they made sure to clarify that I’m vegan and not vegetarian.
Read moreOnly downside is on both my visits they were out of tofu (even though it’s on the menu as an extra). Very disappointing as I love tofu but the food was still fantastic. They were also out of most drinks.

Okay but not amazing - Edit
We ordered the dumplings (two types -- vegetable and mushroom) and a noodle dish with tofu. The friendly waiter informed us that only the rice noodles would be suitable as the in-house noodles contain eggs. The sauce itself was really oily and lacked flavor except for what tasted like a sweet soy sauce, and the only vegetable in the dish was bok choy. A cool place with friendly service, but not really a fan of the food.

Read moreI had a vegan dumpling soup, I changed the noodles for rice noodles to make it vegan, and choose half vegetable half mushroom dumplings. I felt like it was a very diverse dish with both noodles and dumplings in the soup. I recommend the mushroom dumplings better, and for the rice noodles I feel like you need a more thick and rich sauce to complement these type of noodles because they don't really have a flavor of their own, so I added soy sauce to my soup to make it a little more flavorful and I think it really upgraded it! I would have loved to try more dishes, my partner tried some dumplings as an opening dish and said that it wasn't his favorite from the food he had there. You can have some of the noodle dishes vegan as well.
Every table has a pack of colored pencils and it was very nice to pass the time until the food is served. A cute suggestion I have is to set a timer on your phone for a minute and switch your paper with your partner and make continues drawings together.
The prices of the Cantonese section of the menu are pretty good, and I really recommend giving this place a try!

Loved the cozy place, not big but the service was great. The Chinese chef asked me how I preferred my tofu to be cooked and also made me choose the mushroom in my dish. Very polite and vegan friendly.
