They specialize in gluten free options but also have a whole menu dedicated to a large selection of vegan options-savory and sweet.

The baked goods are homemade and amazing. Vegan ice cream available too.
If that wasn't enough, the owners are the most thoughtful and kind folks.

Huge menu - Edit
I seriously would give this place 5 stars if I could. There are more vegan options than non-vegan! OK, maybe I’m exaggerating but I was definitely overwhelmed by the selection. Check out my photos to see their menus.
Read moreWe went for lunch and decided to just have sundaes and other sweet treats from their bakery case. We had a salted caramel milkshake, peanut butter cup sundae, a cookie sundae, a whoopie pie, and something else that was so good but I don’t know what it’s called.
We will go back soon and enjoy a proper meal. And enjoy their fresh juice bar.

Tiny cafe that has so many vegan options from breakfast to lunch to dessert. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. I would eat there more if I lived closer.

Amazing vegan food! Had chicken bacon ranch salad and had to confirm it was vegan. Extensive vegan menu too! You don’t have to settle on a few choices. They do it right! One thing though, hours are wrong on Happy Cow. Tried to go back at 7:30 pm on a Saturday & they are closed.

Had a tasty vegan breakfast sandwich (basically a cheeseburger) and a side of vegan potato salad. The staff were super friendly.
