Excellent Tofu! - Edit
A neighborhood restaurant with some of my favorite tofu dishes. The Kung Pao tofu ordered medium spicy in particular is one of my favorite vegan offerings in Portland. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. The staff had assured me that they do not use fish sauce in any tofu dish.
