Visited the place (above 快乐斋 KuaiLeZhai) on multiple occasion and 23 and 30 Nov ~12+pm. It's shuttered (closed) even though it states 'open' in HappyCow's page

Underrated place - Edit
The food was delicious and the nuggets were so realistic. The seasoning on the nuggets made them seem like real food instead of frozen stuff. The taro milk latte was very disappointing though. Maybe sugar could have fixed it.
