Delicious Vegan Ramen Options - Edit
JINYA Ramen Bar in Las Vegas offers some fantastic vegan options that are perfect for anyone looking for flavorful, plant-based ramen. Their Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen is a standout and my favorite, it’s rich, bold, and packed with flavor. The broth is creamy and satisfying, with just the right amount of spice, and the toppings, like tofu, spinach, mushrooms, and crispy garlic, make it a hearty and well-rounded.
Read moreThey also have multiple plant based appetizers that are delicious and could serve as a meal.
The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and the service is always great. Whether you’re vegan or just looking to try something new, JINYA’s plant-based ramen options are a must-try in Las Vegas!

Really tasty - Edit
Nice variety of options and clearly marked. Three ramen options, three salads, a handful of sides and at least 3 appetizers are fully vegan without customizations needed. Impossible bun was really tasty, especially with the seasoning and hot sauces

Wonderful winter treat - Edit
My husband and I were craving a nice hot bowl of soup, so I started analyzing who was most known for vegan ramen. Everyone seemed to rave about the "Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen" at Jinya Ramen Bar, so off we optimistically trekked. The restaurant was small, but well arranged. The "Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen" was nice: ample serving of noodles and tofu with plenty of garlic, spinach and onion. However, I liked my hubbies "Tsunami White Pearl" ramen even more. That had Impossible meat, broccolini, onion, and garlic. The flavors worked together great on that one. There is a third vegan ramen called the "Flying Vegan Harvest", which has a miso based broth that I might try next time. There are also vegan tacos, a vegan rice bowl and some appetizers. Nice visit!

Delicious Vegan Ramen - Edit
The impossible gyozas were really good. We also ordered the Creamy Spicey Vegan ramen and the Vegan Harvest Ramen. Both were so savory and delicious. They both had a slight kick to them. There’s 3 ramens available and a couple of appetizers that are vegan. Staff was really friendly. Definitely a favorite!

Pretty good for ramen fix - Edit
Good, clearly labeled vegan ramen. My wife got the Flying Harvest and I got the Spicy Creamy Vegan ramen, along with the Impossible Gyoza to share. The gyoza was delicious but smaller than expected. The creamy vegan ramen was very good, good chewiness and consistency of the noodles. The flying harvest was also quite good. Recommended!

Delicious food, good service, nice ambience. - Edit
I’ve been enjoying their spicy creamy vegan ramen, and other vegan options, since 2018, but before I was plant-based, I’d also come here to eat, and I absolutely love their food, albeit they changed the recipe of the spicy creamy v. ramen some removed some of the ingredient(s) it previously had. The vegan tacos and bun are delicious as well. I’ve had their other vegan ramens as well, but my favorite is the spicy creamy vegan–I usually ask for extra togarashi because I like it spicy. In the 5 years that I’ve eaten at Jinya W Flamingo, I’ve always had positive experiences. The staff has always been friendly, even when the place is jam-packed. I’ve learned to add myself to the waitlist about 30 minutes before arriving because there’s usually always a wait. They’ve also got good discounts during happy hour.

Great ramen and small plates - Edit
There are 3 vegan ramens to choose from, plus lots of additional toppings (including an Impossible option). My spicy creamy vegan ramen was tasty and filling, and my partner enjoyed his vegan harvest ramen as well. My only minor complaint is that the filling to broth ratio was a bit high so I did run out of broth (although you can order extra broth for a fee). I also tried the Impossible bun and really enjoyed it, although I felt like for the amount it cost (about $6.50) it should have come with 2. There are other vegan options as well that looked pretty tasty! Overall, since there are so many 100% vegan establishments in Las Vegas I do try to support those whenever possible (which this place sadly is not), but if you're craving ramen, this is a solid choice with plenty of good vegan options and a nice atmosphere.

Spicy creamy vegan ramen make my pains go away - Edit
Recommend? Yes unless you have a ramen chef at home.
Read moreThis is not an all vegan establishment. I came by late at night after being on the road for more than a day. I got the caramelized cauliflower, vegan bun, and vegan spicy creamy ramen.
Caramelized cauliflower is considered vegetarian because it is fried in the same oil as the meat products. I don't mind it so I tried some. Cauliflower is tender and the seasoning is savory with acidity.
Vegan bun - I'm pretty sure it's made with beyond meat. I love beyond burgers and enjoy making them but I didn't like it in the bao. The avocado and the white cream didn't do it for me. I liked the cucumber giving it some crunch. I think this would be better with some bbq sauce.
Spicy creamy vegan ramen - The spice level was perfect for me. It gives a light kick without making you feel like your mouth is on fire. I much appreciate the creaminess because often times a vegan ramen can't be found easily. The noodles were tender enough for me. I'm not a fan of al dente noodles. A perfect slurp of creamy spiciness broth paired with a chopstickful (?) is all one needs to wash all the tiredness away.

Great vegan ramen! - Edit
The whole front page of the menu was all the Vegan items for “vegan lovers”! So we felt very comfortable eating here. Both vegan versions of the ramen were delicious and the thick noodles were perfect! My boyfriend got the kale noodles with his and he loved them. We tried the vegan tacos as well. Came with two VERY small tacos but they were good! It gets really busy at dinner time, so check the Yelp waitlist ahead of time!

Delicious and not spicy! - Edit
We went during dinnertime on a Friday night so we had to wait but they have it easy so you put in your info and receive a text when the table is ready. We did a quick errand and came back. The vegan ramen was DELICIOUS.we ordered it without the chili so it wasnt apicy at all. I love that they have the extra noodles for $1.60. The soup was so big we took half home with the extra noodles and it was an entire meal the next day! Very friendly and clean too!

Yum yum yum - Edit
I just went here on Valentine’s Day and they definitely were on their A game. They have definitely updated their menu from past years and I loved it. My boyfriend got the Vegetable Ramen and added tofu and he was pleasantly surprised, as was I. Many places fall short of flavor when it comes to vege broths and this was the exception. There are also free appetizers as well like the Brussels sprout tempura. The only negative is that it’s not vegan/vege because they use the same oil to fry everything. Is they changed that practice it would be awesome.

They have 2 amazing vegan ramen options that you can customize a little by adding in extra veggies/noodles. The portions are huge and extremely satisfying. The only downside is that they don't have more veg options.
