Fun! - Edit
We had mocktails, which were refreshing, Impossible buns, Impossible bowl, Impossible tacos and Brussels sprouts tempura. All good! The waiter was friendly. The bar area looked cool too.

Delicious comfort in a bowl - Edit
Clearly labeled vegan options, the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen was outstanding. Servers very knowledgeable and made great recommendations.

Good food - Edit
I ordered a small size impossible rice bowl and impossible gyoza. Both dishes were tasty but I expected crispy chickpeas in my rice bowl and maybe because I ordered a small size, they didn't put it. I was disappointed. The Ramen looked also good so I will come back to try it again!

Customizable Options - Edit
The spicy creamy vegan ramen was delicious. Confirmed with my server that items marked "vegetarian" are also vegan. There are lots of ingredient options to customize your ramen, which is nice. The atmosphere is good, and because it's a small place, I would recommend making reservations. However, I didn't see the option to do so on the website. Meals here pricey, but the portions are good. It's right next to the Museum of Illusions, so it's a great place to go for a fun evening out!

Creamy vegan ramen - Edit
I got mine without the spicy oil, it was delicious! The noodles and broth are much better than the regular ramen. I had mine with impossible beef because they were out of tofu, though I think the ramen would be better without either.

Best. Vegan. Ramen. - Edit
I got the spicy vegan ramen and OMG it was so good! I added broccoli, corn, bok choy, and fresh garlic and it had so much flavor! Wasn’t that spicy for me but i have a high spice tolerance lol

Excellent Ramen - Edit
Definitively vegan menu options. Delicious broth with the ramen. Very tastefully cooked vegetables with the ramen. Tofu was bland but provided protein.
Read morePros: A good number of vegan options, Vegan featured prominently on front of menu, Very reasonable pricing for downtown

One of the best tasting ramen dishes ever! And it was vegan! - Edit
I got the flying vegan harvest option and it was absolutely perfection. Also the place is lovely and the server was fantastic. I highly recommend! There are 3 vegan options of ramen and other options too.

My favorite! - Edit
I would give it a five star but apparently I can’t since it’s not an all vegan restaurant. The impossible tacos and impossible rice bowl are my favorite but the rest of my family loves theirs different vegan ramen bowls and vegan appetizers.

Delicious ramen, loud atmosphere - Edit
We had the Flying Vegan Harvest ramen bowl and the Impossible Rice Bowl, and both were very good (though I preferred the FVH). The impossible gyoza are okay, but nothing to write home about. However, the restaurant music is set at such a loud volume that my mom had to disable her hearing aids entirely - and it wasn't comfortable for me either.

Cute & great service but caution - lots of vegetarian minimal real vegan - Edit
Place was cute and ppl nice but there are many plant based options that aren’t at all vegan - if it doesn’t say vegan it’s cross cooked with meat fryer the tacos, cauliflower, Brussels etc - CAUTION
Read morePros: Good ramen , Cute atmosphere , Nice staff

Finally a tasty ramen! - Edit
I love ramen but it is often not vegetarian or vegan friendly. What options do exist are so bland.
Read moreJinya's vegan options are creamy and oh so tasty! The creamy one includes "meat"patties, mushrooms, greens, and other deliciousness. It's filling and gives me the same satisfaction as the meat ramen (sorry I'm still transitioning). They have good veggie side options like edamame or dumplings filled with impossible meat. Lots of options for a group.

Same Jinya, New City! - Edit
Was thrilled to find Jinya now has a location in Charlotte! I’ve eaten at Jinya in multiple cities, and they always meet my needs. The menus is consistent, the atmosphere friendly. The spicy vegan ramen hits the spot and can be added onto with multiple sides. Charlotte has a great choice of all vegan restaurants, but I haven’t found better ramen in this city.
