Great vegan Thai! - Edit
We fancied trying a new Thai place and saw this place on Google. It had lots of options from starters to mains so we gave it a go! For starters we got the tempura vegetables which were so good and came with a great sauce, the broccoli tempura was my fave. Then we got some grilled satay mushrooms which were okay. The mushrooms felt a little chewy but the satay sauce was incredible!

My partner just got a red Thai which was amazing great and a little more spicier than the massaman!

We popped in for lunch, and to check out the new venue. I had been here years ago at its old venue which was small and basic but great food. The new venue is spacious and bright!
Read moreThe food is still very tasty, they have a lunch menu with lunch time deals, and an extensive evening menu. There is a vegan option for all of their dishes and if you ask they can also do a tofu option. Everything is cooked from scratch so even if you’re concerned about there being fish oil etc in anything, this can be excluded.
I had tofu massaman curry which came with rice, with sweet corn fritters which were yum 😋
Everything came out well presented on a metal tray the portions plentiful and at a great price.
They service was also excellent and our server was very helpful with our choices etc.

Nice venue bland food - Edit
It's great to see venues have a dedicated vegan menu. However, the starters cannot be labelled vegan as for example spring rolls fried in same oils as meat dishes. My mushrooms and green curry lacked flavours and spice. No chilli or even tofu in a green curry.

Read moreAte at Jino's on Sunday night and I cannot rate my experience highly enough. The staff were super friendly and attentive, the service was fast and efficient, and the food was beautifully presented with well-balanced authentic flavours.
Jino's have an extensive vegan menu with a vast array of starters, mains and sides... and there is so much to choose from (I wanted to try them all!)
I honestly felt spoilt for choice which is rare when eating out.
Thank you to all the staff at Jino's for an amazing meal; I'll be sure to book again next time I visit Leeds 🙏
