Very rude service not vegan friendly - Edit
It was difficult to place and order as the staff ignored me at the counter and then when I asked for vegan food the staff were not clear and pointed to the board none of which appeared vegan. Vegetarians with us had banana cake which was really good and coffee (Americano- no dairy alternatives available) was good. Don’t bother if you are vegan- plenty of other options

Beautiful location, average food - Edit
I like to go here on Sundays to chill and look at the lake, while reading a book. You feel like you are sitting on the lake! But the food is really quite average. Not many purely vegan options - but some do exist. Most of the toasts and sandwiches have butter or cheese in them. Have had the pesto sandwich, arrabiata pasta, americano and several other dishes requested without butter or cheese. The flavours are underwhelming and the dishes lack authenticity. But, still, fun spot due to its location!

Not a lot of vegan options except for the things that's obviously vegan, as coffee and tea. The coffee was really good thought and the lemon ice tea amazing. Would go here only for the roof top view at sunset.

Not vegan - Edit
I went to this restaurant whilst I was in Udaipur because it featured on this website. However, after looking at the very limited (and very western) menu, I asked the waiter about vegan options and he told me that they had no vegan food and couldn’t make any menu items vegan. I also asked about menu items that I thought might be vegan and he told me that they didn’t have them available. We ended up leaving and going to eat somewhere else (Hello Boho, 2 doors down, highly recommend) as there was nothing I could eat. The only upside was the amazing rooftop view.
