I am so glad I got to try Jenny's food on my last day in Caye Caulker. I went there a couple of times before but it was always closed in the evening. I finally managed to go around lunchtime and it was open, so I ordered my fry jacks with just beans. It was really cheap and I took it to eat in my accommodation. It was seriously soooo good! The fried dough was thick and fluffy, and the beans were super tasty. Definitely not a healthy lunch, but a must try when in Belize!
They have egg and cheese but I opted vegan and it was really big and yummy. A little skimpy on the beans so just request they be generous with the beans.

Great price - Edit
Got the veggie fry jack with lettuce, jalapeños, beans, tomato. It was huge! So very filling for a great price ($12 bzd).
