One of my favorite Pho places! - Edit
The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about their vegan options. Their tofu spring rolls are delicious and I love their pho. Lately my favorite thing is their tofu noodle bowl, so good! I wish I lived closer to here, since I moved I don’t get it as often but when I’m in the area it’s a must.

Even for a pho place - this place has massive portions! They also have clearly labeled vegan options and the staff is knowledgeable on their menu.

Excellent vegan pho! - Edit
I really liked the vegan pho from Pho 78 Broomfield!! The broth was delicious, and we got the impossible vegan meatballs, which were so good. The hot sauce that came with it was also really good, and the other toppings tasted fresh. The large was almost $20, but my husband and I split it and had a little leftover, so I think it's pretty reasonably priced. We had it delivered, so I can't comment on the interior - but I'd definitely recommend this place!
