Pretty good vegan ice cream! - Edit
While we had the debacle in Chicago trying to check out Jeni's there, we had much better luck at our local Jeni's. At the behest of Jeni's, I decided to give them another try to see if this store had any gluten free vegan ice cream options available.
Read moreI called ahead of time to make sure and were told that they had one flavor available by the scoop and 3 more by the pint only. So we made the trip there and am so glad that we did, stove we didn't get to try them in Chicago.
Both of my kids were thrilled with the ice cream they had, and I absolutely loved the Banana Cream Pie pint ice cream (gluten free and vegan!). It was so delicious that I might have to make a special trip just to buy another pint.
So glad that we gave them a second shot. Now if only all of their locations would have at least a couple of flavors that are both gluten free and vegan on hand at all times, they'd be golden in my book!
