Peaceful, friendly, good value - Edit
A cafe/bar a short walk away from the main tourist strip. Lovely peaceful, outside seating area at the rear, overlooking a garden with hills in the background. A covered seating area is also available.
Read moreClearly marked vegan choices alongside non-vegan dishes. My non-vegan friends enjoyed their food with the Caesar salad nicely dressed with a good balance of ingredients. There was a big portion of American style chips but we found them a bit crispy and not hot enough for our taste. I had the Pabellón Vegano which was homemade and very tasty. I also had a delicious chocolate cookie dessert with vegan cream. I felt the prices were good value. The owner, who is also vegan, is very friendly.
Pros: Friendly owner, Venezuelan dishes, Reasonable prices
Cons: A little off the main tourist area

Vegan menu, tasty seitan burgers - Edit
We had the ‘vegano’ seitan burger which comes with fries. Breaded patty with salad and vegan Mayo inside. Really tasty

Homemade & delicious - Edit
Since the owner is vegan and Venezuelan I went for the homemade Venezuelan dish, with black beans, plátano a lovely stew and arepas. One of the most wholesome and satisfying dishes I have had at a restaurant in a long time. I am very happy

NOT VEGETARIAN - Edit
Jazzy Bar has a clearly separated vegetarian menu with some vegan dishes and juices but it's not a vegetarian restaurant. They serve meat and fish.

Lovely food from knowledgeable staff - Edit
Really interesting venue overlooking the Roman ruins if you sit out back or a little garden by the road at the front. We had the vegan burger which was delicious and maize buns filled with spinach, mushroom and spiced felafel. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and brought us extras ‘as a gift’. Will definitely return 🌱💚

Weirdly situated bar on the outskirts of town - Edit
This place has a vegan/vegetarian menu. The staff know what is vegan. We had hummus toast and spinach balls, they were 'ok' and filled us with not much option nearby.

Good experience - Edit
We had a good time here, ordered the small spinach lasagna and hummus bread for starters, and the vegan burger as the main course. The menu has clear markers for the vegan and veggie options, and they have plenty of options available.

Jazzy Bar - Edit
I ate there for dinner with my husband in April. Their Vegan burger was delicious and frites (chunks of roasted potatoes instead of fries) were also good.

Cons: Staff friendly but very slow and inefficient , Smoking clients smoked inside over no smoking sign, Sat outside in the cold while smokers ate inside

Vegan burger - Edit
I ordered the vegan burger and got a piece of seitan that was inedible at the edges, unfortunately. I told the waitress so hopefully they will fix it. Otherwise the meal was good. My son and husband got the homemade pancake and beef burger and liked it fine

Oops, We sorry by that, Plantnutcph. We promise you the next time will be better. We've improved the recipe and now the vegan burgers are soft and delicious.
