Good place to stay in Siem Reap

We stayed two nights at Jaya House specifically because of how vocal they are about offering vegan choices. Coffee throughout the day is included with the stay, and they have soy milk. They also have a pool side menu with clearly marked vegan items like mango sticky rice.

The restaurant has several vegan plates as well, with the khmer curry being the winner in my opinion.

The only thing that was lacking was more vegan options for people leaving early to see the temples. They brought out several breakfast items (I think it was pastries) but none were vegan. They realized and kindly brought us some bread, but it would be nice for that to be expanded.

Best vegan breakfast in SEA

The best vegan breakfast in Southeast Asia. Plenty of vegan options to choose from. It’s a luxury experience for a reasonable price.

Pros: Pancakes, Sandwiches, Oatmeal

Cons: Coffee could be better, Pricey for Cambodia

FANTASTIC experience -- both eating and staying here

We stayed three nights at the Jaya House River Park, enjoying great vegan options at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even by the poolside. It was the best hotel experience we have ever had in the world. Favorites included the vegan pancakes, Khmer curry, fresh watermelon and coconut juices and oat milk lattes.

A good start for your day

Delicious buffet, including dishes you can order and drinks from 6am to 10:30am for a very decent price (and for unlimited orders!). Everything was really tasty, with many vegan options available. The outside area is stunning.

Splendid food and stay

The hotel is gorgeous and comfortable. There are many clearly marked vegan dishes - both Khmer and Western - for every meal. There’s lots of fresh fruit and Khmer desserts too, most of which are vegan. The wines are all vegan too.

The service is warm, friendly, top notch yet never stuffy or too much. It’s perfect.

A perfect place with all the vegan food you could want. 10/10 no notes

Great vegan experience and food

Beautiful hotel, eco conscious with superior service. As for the vegan food tons of options at all meals- loved the oatmeal banana pancakes, tofu scramble and dinner options. Highly recommend for those searching for a “luxury” vegan experience. Cross reference with reviews on travel sites.

Beautiful experience

Located in an award winning hotel, the restaurant has a great amount of vegan options. The staff are extremely welcoming and treat you like one of the hotel guests even if you’re only there for a meal. Can choose from a La carte or buffet. Has soy milk for coffee. Overall amazing experience with delicious food!

Vegan friendly restaurant and luxury hotel in Siem Reap

We have enjoyed vegan breakfast at Jaya House River Park as both guests and non guests. If you’re lucky enough to be staying at this award winning hotel, you can enjoy the vegan breakfast options included in your room rate, but you can also enjoy what they have to offer if you are staying elsewhere. The smashed avo and dukkah is our favourite for sure, make sure to try it!

Their restaurant is open all day meaning there’s no excuse not to try their vegan burger for either lunch or dinner, however if you fancy something ‘local’ don’t miss out on the Khmer curry with tofu and veg.

They have an enviable riverside location and the staff team will welcome you like part of their extended family. This is certainly a great option for anyone staying in Siem Reap.

The daily happy hour on the rooftop with sunset and river views is also not to be missed!

Pros: Fresh and creative plant based food, Riverside location, Friendly and welcoming staff team

Cons: None
