Burger, wedges & hot choc

Pleasant atmosphere and staff. Vegan options include apricot crumble with coconut ice cream, pizza, falafel with waldorf-inspired salad and pistacchio dukkah, side salad with berry infused vinegar, beef-style or chicken-style burger with vegan cheese and wedges with sweet chilli sauce, etc. I had the "beef" burger and hot chocolate on almond milk. All good! They also sell their jams and relishes, local cashew cheeses and a variety of vegan chocolates and biscuits, etc.

Great Jam drops!

Dropped in here to see if they had a sweet treat and had a couple of delicious vegan jam drop cookies. Went back for seconds!
Jamworks produce is mostl plant based so also picked up some moreish capsicum relish and plum and pecan spread!

Pros: Delicious jam drops, Majority of jamworks produce is plant based

Cons: No vegan meals

Great products

Like the other reviewers, I went here in search of a great burger and was not disappointed. They have a great selection of jams, relishes and other local produce (including a vegan jelly mix). The staff were very friendly and the service was quick.

Pros: Great quality and ingredients., Friendly service

Cons: A little expensive, Vegan range could be better

Well worth the drive out of town 🚘🍔🌱

Located 11km out of Stanthorpe and well worth the drive for their delicious vegan burger meal. Very few vegan options in town and this place won’t disappoint for a hearty feed although keep in mind they only have one or two vegan options. Check out the fabulous jams and condiments for sale while you’re there 😋

Pros: Delicious plant based burgers, Lovely light and open surroundings , Great little jam and condiment shop

Cons: Only one or two vegan options

Best option around Stanthorpe

The arty-agricultural Jamworks is around 15mins from the centre of Stanthorpe and especially given the limited options in the area is well worth the short trip.
They do serve meat and dairy but the owners are plant-based and have some solid vegan options on the menu. I had the ‘Plant Based Burger’ which had a Veef patty, delicious in-house relish and some very melty Green Vie vegan cheese. For dessert I was offered a vegan apple pie which was served in a jar with coconut cream and granola on top. I also enjoyed a soy cappuccino (and was pleased they didn’t need the concept of vegan explained) and later a soy Chai tea.
The staff were enthusiastic and helpful in suggesting and providing vegan options.
A shop sits to one side of the restaurant selling teas, jams, relishes which are mostly vegan and mostly from the area.
If you are looking here for vegan food in Stanthorpe then you already know there are few options in and around Stanthorpe so the Jamworks will be a welcome find for you. There are currently only a few vegan options on the menu but they take them seriously and do them well and hopefully will continue to expand.
I’m giving four stars instead of five because of the currently, largely meat and dairy based offerings.

Pros: Friendly staff, helpful suggesting vegan options, Delicious

Cons: A little expensive, Serves meat and dairy
